International Leadership Conference

For ten months, we worked tirelessly on this multi-day international event with and for our new US client in the automotive industry. These months were filled with exciting experiences, incredibly pleasant encounters, countless positive moments, and plenty of fun.

We had the honor of planning and organizing everything from A to Z: From hotel research and exclusive event locations to conference facilities, sound, lighting, and stage technology, (airport) transfers, F&B selections, personalized give-aways, decoration concepts for all venues and fantastic evening events with diverse programs.

Finally, in mid December, the time had come: The Top 100 Leadership Conference began.
Over the weekend, the first participants arrived from overseas, with the rest following by Monday morning.

The conference kicked off with a shared lunch at Andaz Hotel Schwabinger Tor, followed by an official welcome and the first sessions.

After the joint lunch and the first part of the conference, we went to the restaurant „La Bohème“ in the evening, which we had exclusively booked, including the terrace with a mulled wine stand and an open fire.

On Tuesday, we spent the entire day at BMW Welt, where there were interesting presentations in the Business Center, including ones from two top managers of BMW.
Between the lectures, participants had the opportunity to take part in a plant tour, a guided tour of BMW Welt and visit the BMW Museum.

For the evening we organized something very special: A private little Christmas market in the beer garden of the Nockherberg restaurant, which we privatized for this evening.
From the wooden huts, mulled wine, soups, Kaiserschmarrn, crêpes, and more were served. At the same time, an curling tournament was held for the participants on 10 lanes.
The highlight of the evening was that the well known Oktoberfest host Christian Schottenhamel, together with the CEO of our client, tapped a beer barrel.
The main course was served in the festively decorated restaurant afterwards.
Many thanks to Christian Schottenhamel for taking the time to personally welcome our US customers. We also thank Sophia Kraus, Patrick Diesing, and Konstantin von Keyserlingk for the excellent execution.

On Wednesday, the last official day of the event, presentations by the client and guest speakers took place all day at the Andaz Hotel Schwabinger Tor.

In the evening, there was another big surprise on the agenda: The gala evening at the Mercedes-Benz branch.
The aperitif was served in the Big Pilot Bar. At the same time, tours of the impressive Mercedes-Benz showroom were offered.
During the subsequent gala dinner at a single long table, the 120 participants enjoyed the nighttime 180° view over Munich from the 13th floor of the building.
The flying dessert and an award ceremony were served in the Big Pilot Bar afterwards.

On Thursday and Friday, the participants departed.

Thanks to Autobus Oberbayern, we always arrived on time at all locations and at the airport.
